Agreement
By creating a Heala account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Heala.
Not medical advice
Heala provides health coaching and educational content only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and no coach-client relationship in the app creates a doctor-patient relationship. Fasting, detox protocols and training carry real risks. Consult a qualified health professional before starting any program, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, diabetic, have kidney, liver, heart or eating-disorder history, or take prescription medication. Stop and seek medical care if you feel unwell.
Your account
Keep your login details secure and give accurate information — your coach relies on what you enter. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 to use Heala.
Programs and access
Access to a program is granted to you personally and is non-transferable. Program content, plans, recipes and materials remain our intellectual property; you may use them for your own health only and may not resell, republish or distribute them.
Purchases and refunds
Where programs are sold, payment is processed by Stripe on our website. If a refund is issued, access to the related program ends immediately. Purchases made through a mobile app store are governed by that store's payment and refund rules.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or post abusive, unlawful or harmful content in coach messages or group chats. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Account security. Deletion permanently removes your data and cannot be undone.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heala is provided "as is" and we are not liable for outcomes arising from following program content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
