Who we are
Heala is a health coaching platform operated by Saxon Fischer-Gray. Contact us any time at admin@saxonfischergray.com.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email address and your role (client or coach).
- Health information you enter: weight, height, age, blood pressure, blood test results, food and water logs, training results, habit and check-in entries, and notes to your coach.
- Program activity: which program you follow, start dates and completion progress.
- Purchase records: which programs you own. Card details are handled by Stripe, never by us.
- Basic technical data needed to run the app, such as error logs.
Why we use it
Solely to deliver coaching: to show your program, track your progress, let your assigned coach support you, and to operate and secure the service. We do not sell your data and we do not use your health information for advertising.
Who can see it
Your health information is visible to you and to the coach (or coaches) assigned to you. If you join a group program, messages you post in the group chat are visible to other members of that program. Our infrastructure providers (database, hosting and payments) process data on our behalf under their own security obligations.
Storage and security
Data is stored in a managed, encrypted database with row-level access rules so that clients can only read their own records. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
Your rights and deleting your account
You can view and edit your information in the app at any time. You can permanently delete your account and all associated health data from Profile → Account security → Delete account, or by emailing us. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Children
Heala is not intended for use by anyone under 16.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we will notify you in the app before they take effect.
